    • A Great Way To Spend Your Lunch Hour and Have Lunch
      On The Chamber!

    • Walk or run around the course to get your exercise (optional)             Participants are entered into a drawing.

    • Screenings available for blood pressure, blood sugar,
      & cholesterol

    • Visit displays with handouts, demonstrations & briefings
      on health related topics such as:
            *Healthy Heart      *Nutrition      *Stress Management             *Cancer Awareness      *Skin Protection & Care *

    • Get an Employee Fitness Day 2008 T-shirt (Shirts will be
      distributed at the door on a first come-first served basis)

    • Attendance Prize Drawing of Holiday World Family Pack
